I am running Windows 11 on an Alienware laptop and have never installed or used Bitlocker. It has recently (in the last 12 hrs) automatically updated (it did an update then re-started) and now wants my Bitlocker key inserted before it will boot up. It has never done this before and was specifically set up not to run Bitlocker. I have gone to my MS account to look for where it should be auto saved but it is not there. There are few if any options I can see other complete rebuild of an unbacked up drive, losing all files. How can MS update this sort of thing when it is not requested, wanted or e
