Windows 10 windows 11 upgrade issues

im facing the issue while upgradting the windows 10(22h2) to windows 11 latest.when i analyze the logs from C:$WINDOWS. ~BT\Sources\Panther found an incompatible application installed on the system, how to find out the application name that caused this issue?
