Windows 10 Windows 11 upgrade problems

HelloI am trying to upgrade to windows 11. But i am getting the error "0xc0000409"I don't know what that means But i have tried every single solution and nothing worked. I made an iso and i launched the setup.exe But it ended up rolling back to windows 10. If i could get some help and upgrade to windows 11 i would be thankfulThanks
