I have been unable to accomplish this update for at least the past 20 times or so. The most recent attempt generates this information with the Windows Update Troubleshooter:IsPostback_RC_PendingUpdatesIsPostback: FalseWaaSMedicServiceIssue found by:DynamicProtectionPluginIsPostback_RC_PendingUpdatesIsPostback: TrueService StatusProblem with BITS service : The requested service has already been started.
