Windows 11 [Windows 11, version 23H2] Always restart and fails

Windows 11, version 23H2 Windows Update fails to install in Windows Update. The system continually request to restart, but fails to install. I am currently running Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2861). there's no report of update error, but restart notification still existAny ideas as to how I can remedy the issue and install the update? Thanks!
