Windows 11 Windows 11 virtual machine installation size grows more than 6GB

This is really annoying.I believe after installing June update, all my Windows 11 VMs grow by more than 5GB in size. They use to be around 12GB, now each main disk grows to 16 to 18GB.Note - The numbers are what I get after I did defragmenation both in VM and host (VMware is simpler while VirtualBox takes more procedures).I really want to know what is that 6GB.
