Windows 11 Windows 11 Weather Widget showing night time each time I boot my pc

For some reason, every time I reboot my pc, the weather widget shows a moon with a cloud. When I hover over the widget, it refreshes to the correct time of day. Is there any fix for this? I've tried re enabling the widgets and it still does it on start up. I've also tried resyncing the date and time. Please help
