Windows 11 Windows 11 welcome screen shows my name but does not have box to enter password. What needs to be done?

We have a computer that has two users. Both users' names appear in lower left of screen. One user selects their name. Name appears in center of screen. There is box to enter password. User is able to sign in with no problem. HOWEVER, the second user selects their name from lower left of screen. User's name appears in center of screen. But there is no box to enter their password. There is line that says "Sign In". When user clicks on it. There is a statement saying to go to app store to get an app. When person clicks on that computer just goes back to screen showing User Name with
