Windows 11 Windows 11 when Narrator is disabled! I still hear a (male) voice at start up and when shutting down

I had a workshop from work to learn about accessibility. We activated our narrator, so we could experience what it would be like to be blind or have really bad eyesight, and how important it is to design websites and web applications properly.However, I am blessed to still have great eyesight and after a few days I was going crazy because of the narrator. The narrator itself (I chose a female voice) was disabled (WIN + CTRL + Enter), and when working on my laptop I didn't have any narration as expected. BUT! Both at start up and shutting down the laptop, I will hear a (very annoying!) male rob
