Windows 11 windows 11.why can't I find the email account I set up?

i have spent hours, actually days trying to find out how to find my email. there is no icon and everyone on all the forums I contacted are just as upset with this as I am. why do you make things so hard. I left iMac due to other reasons but now I'm sorry I did. Please make it easy to simply click on and Icon to open our mail. PLEASE!!!
