Windows 11 Windows 11 Why the Internet speed is dropping dramatically?

Hi there, I am using refresh instaled Windows 11 on my PC, however, I've realized that my Internet connection has decreased its speed after over one hour of using it. It used to achieve 500 Mbps for download/upload, but after this issue, then I can reach 10 Mbps using the cable. In case I restart the computer, then the Internet return to the regular speed(500 Mbps), therefore after 30~40 minutes of using it, suddenly decreases to under 10 MbpsThanks,
