About a week ago the browsers I use started to behave strangely. For example - if I open Chrome the session I have open in Firefox disappears and vice versa. The sessions show as running in the Task Manager but not on the screen/desktop. If I click on the browser icons on the task bar a new session of the browser opens, not the original one (that continues to run but that I can't view). I have uninstalled and reinstalled both browsers but the behaviours have not gone away. I have run multiple scans for viruses and malware but nothing has been found. Any help would be appreciated.
