Windows 11 Windows 11 won't sleep or hibernate after upgrading

Hibernating and sleeping was fine when my desktop PC was with Windows 10. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and suddenly they stopped from working. It now turns back on right after it enters hibernate or sleep mode. I have already tried:Disable wake timers.Reset BIOS settings to default.powercfg -h off and powercfg -h onbut non of the above works.
