Windows 10 Windows 11 would download but never get installed

My PC would always download updates, take a lot of battery and data and would never get updated. Everytime a new error code. It has also affected system files on my PC. Recently my screen turned greyish and while researching I found this is duebto update error. I need to directly contact Microsoft but it is not letting me.
