Windows 11 Windows 11 Xbox "Gamepass" games open but the image/graphics freeze when they are in focus what can I do?

I have turned off Gamemode and ran as admin nothing.This mainly occurs currently on two games Ni no Kuni Remastered and Monster Hunter Rise.The game does open just fine technically. When it launches itself to fullscreen or focuses on the window though the image displayed freezes. I can still hear it loading the game and if I hover over the game on the taskbar I can see that the preview is showing what should be actually displayed but when clicking on the game to give it focus again I just get another frozen screen.
