Windows 10 Windows 22h2 can't add optionnal features

Hi, Im trying to install some optionnal features on a windows pro 22h2 (build 19045) but Win say it's impossible to add.I try with powershell then :Add-WindowsCapability. error code = 0x80244019I also try to fix it with diffirente ways but i can't fix that, Can someone help me ?
