Windows 11 Windows 22H2. Laptop running slow and erratic after upgrade.

Windows 11 22H2. I guess this updated automatically and on 27th January 2023.About that time Whatsapp on my laptop started failing with an error message that I've forgotten. (since uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working okay)Also the laptop overall started to run slowly and behave erratically since then.I've run virus scans, malwarebytes, ccleaner, etc but little has changed. Having tried several things without any improvement does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do. (I remember fondly the response of my laptop pre-January!)
