Hello,
Hours ago I had to go some place for a task, and I was working on my laptop, so I closed it, I closed the screen on it, I didn't shut down, when you close it, it will go to sleep, so after I finished my task and returned to my laptop I noticed that it has shutdown, just to be clear it was plugged in all the time so it was fully charged, so I noticed it was shutdown, I opened it and started it again, it didn't start normally it gave me the options to start the windows normally, and other, so I choose the normally start windows, it took so long and didn't start, so I pressed and hold on the power key to shut it down and turn it back on, when it turned back on I didn't notice the massage given to me so I just pressed enter and continued with out looking and seeing the massage right, I remember it was a black and white screen massage like the bios kind, so after pressing enter I so the following message (windows activation, activate windows now, the activation period has expired, activate now or ask me later, 0xc004F009).
I freaked out, I didn't know what to do, my windows is original and guanine, how did this happen, I got my laptop from my father and it was brand new directly from the UAE, in late 2013, it never showed any major problems, and I kept updating it from that date tell now with out any problems, only if there was a problem with an updated software or program, so what I do to fix it was do a system recovery to the last time I updated, now I can't do that, all that is shown to me is system Image Restore Point type: Backup, 12/24/2013 and 10/20/2013.

I don't understand what happened, why did this happen, I never formatted my PC since the day I got it, I kept it as it is, so is there a way to fix this with out losing everything on my PC?
My PC didn't come with a copy of Windows 7 OS disk box, so I couldn't retype my product key.
When I choose the Activate now, it gives me 4 options: 1- activate windows online now, 2- buy a new product key online, 3- retype your product key, 4- see other ways to activate.
I just don't understand, my windows is genuine, how did this happen if it unexpectedly shutdown and failed to restart normally.
Is there a way to fix this? Please I need help with this problem, and I hope you forgive me for the long letter, but I need to state my problem, and I thank you for your patience and support, I hope to get your respond as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

With great respect and thanks,

Good Day.
