Windows displays error message "Unable to load application configuration file" after loginThe Downloads folder on the C drive is no longer there. All icons on Quick Launch has disappeared.Does not open "Manage" from My Computer displays message (see attached image) I lost my browser history. This is the same for all users even the Administrator user account
