Windows 7 Windows 7 Pro MS Teredo Tunneling Adapter ipv6 cannot start (code 10)

Greetings,

I am getting this error message in my Device Manager "MS Teredo Tunneling Adapter ipv6 cannot start (code 10)" I ran "ipconfig /all and netsh interface teredo show state", and the results are listed below. How do I correct this issue, any help will be greatly appreciated.
