Windows 7 Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade then rollback - how to unhide files on a removed hard drive on another PC

Hi everyone, in 2021 I upgraded successfully from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via a free Microsoft download. I then made several files "hidden". Unfortunately I did not make a note of the file names. Then due to increasing cyber security concerns I rolled back to Windows 7. Would the hidden action I selected been reversed during the rollback process? I am now using Windows 11 on a new PC. My old hard drive is non bootable in a caddy. How do I search this hard drive for hidden files?
