Windows 8 Windows 8 Laptop, can't get in!

I have an old laptop that I just opened to use, and it has Windows 8; my password doesn't work, the authenticator app doesn't work, and the passkey doesn't work. How can I get into it or change the Microsoft account that is on it in order to use it??
