Windows 11 Windows Activation Issue

Hello there. I updated my windows from 10 enterprise to 11 enterprise but after updation i lost my product key. Now my windows 11 is deactivated. I try different software to retrieve my product key but I did not get it. My windows 10 is digital license but this license is not linked with my microsoft account. Now if i reinstall windows 10 enterprise then my issue can be resolved. Digital license will automatically activate my window or I have to purchase the product key again?
