Windows 10 Windows apps not functioning properly

There are a couple issues with windows that are making things hard. It started with the calculator app not opening, so when I went to reinstall it via the Windows Store app, it gave me the error above. This time it appeared in a window but usually it's just red text next to the app. This also happens with every app I try to install via this store.I then thought this could be fixed with an update, but upon opening the update page I was greeted with this:I've tried a couple different options, but they all require various update managers (such as wuauserv, Windows Update, etc.) in the Services ap
