Windows 10 Windows apps not open.

Hello, a year ago I changed my graphics card, and since that day, I can no longer open Windows applications (Microsoft Store, Calculator, Calendar, Game bar, Movies and TV, Mail....... ) So, i tried to do the "wsreset.exe" and i not work, I tried to change my graphics drivers, it didn't change anything, I tried to update windows, it didn't change anything. And I tried lots of other ways that didn't change anything. I have to use the "Legacy Launcher" to play Minecraft (I therefore cannot play Minecraft Bedrock edition). So I come to you, to try to find a way to change that, it bothers me a lot
