Windows 11 Windows automatically adds a new keyboard layout

Hi, my laptop has a Japanese QWERTY layout. I only want 2 keyboard layouts, English (United States) Japanese and Turkish. But every now and then, usually after updates, windows automatically adds English (United States) US. It goes away when I shut down the PC or restart it. But this messes up my work flow, because I use the keyboard shortcut windows + space to change the layout to write something in Turkish, but because there is now another option between English (United States) Japanese and Turkish, I can't write Turkish characters. I need to change the layout again, erase what I wrote down
