Hello, I am having an issue where my Windows 10 system believes English is my system langauge, when it is not.As you can see from the image below, trying to uninstall English langauge pack through lpksetup.exe is not allowed.The message reads "The language is the system language (the default language of user interface).", which is not.I already tried solving this problem through settings, powershell and regedit, all of them believe English langauge pack is not even installed on my system.Whatever I do on settings/powershell/regedit does not last.English language comes back alive at some point
