I have many problems and are looking for solutions (I'm not very good with windows and etc),
So whenever I restart my laptop whenever I press the windows key on my keyboard my screen will become a sort of transparent white and then pitch black and then comes back to normal, in fact, pressing any key or clicking my mouse does the same thing, I can open programs such as task manager and use run new tasks with task manager, I have automatically hide taskbar in desktop mode, so whenever I go to open it it doesn't pop up, occasionally the windows key does work but none of my pinned apps actually appear and whenever I attempt to close the windows/taskbar it takes like a few minutes to close, another thing to add over all of this is that whenever I try to open settings it just comes up with the a plain colour and the settings logo, I've tried everything, restarting file explorer, typing commands in cmd and powershell I haven't tried all commands. However if I wait a long time (not consistent) it suddenly fixes itself, except that the windows button doesn't work, I don't know whether its a storage problem or a file problem, I have tried reinstalling windows and keep my files and it did fix it for a week or so until it started to happen again, there's probably more that I haven't mentioned.
I know its a lot but are there any solutions?
