Windows 11 Windows Calendar notifications no longer work in Windows 10 and 11

The Windows calendar app has stopped sending notifications I have the same issue on my 2 computers (Windows 10 desktop and Windows 11 laptop) I verified the following 1) sync is enabled for all accounts 2) notifications are on in Windows setting (both globally and for the Calendar app) 3) time is set automatically (in Windows setting) 4) I repaired the app 5) I reset/re-installed the appPlease help
