Whenever I attempt to pair a mouse (an official Microsoft one) through Bluetooth, it cannot pair, and only ever says 'Try connecting your device again.' It happens with any other Bluetooth device I try to pair as well. The mouse in question has been connected to my laptop before and has been for many months. I decided to press forget to use it with another device, and it has never worked again. The problem is, Bluetooth is 100% functional.
