If I open CMD as administrator and type sfc /scannow I get the error -> "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility".If I run chkdsk - it gives error -> "Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privileges or the disk may be locked by another process. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode and make sure the disk is unlocked."However, if I open task manager, Click on File -> Run new task-> cmd -> check box "Create this task with administrative privileges".
