Windows 11 Windows controlling RGB on my keyboard

Hello,Recently, I have noticed that windows key on my PC keyboard is always in green color, however other keys change color. I use Razer Blackwidow elite keyboard. I have uninstalled razer synapse software and still the windows key is always in green color. My dynamic lighting is also off in windows setting. I am not sure what is causing this issue. Seems like it happened in recent windows update.
