Hi, i am unable to login via normal login due to user profile not found.When i tried to reinstall the windows in safe mode, i can't. I can only open microsoft edge and my computer in safe mode. Explorer.exe, desktop, control panel are all missing.I tried to download via download centre but it cannot proceed due to error.Tried to put into my another internal harddisk but it says cannot find the file.I tried everything in safemode but it says unable to proceed.Is there anything else i can do?
