Windows 10 Windows crashed after free update from windows 10 to windows 11 and erased all my data from my D drive as well. How can I recover my data and fix the

Just a few months ago my windows got updated from 10 to windows 11 and soon after the windows crashed and my system C driver (SSD) got wiped as well as my 2TB HDD got erased. That was so heart breaking with all the photos and videos and documents got deleted. I then used a bootable to get in to the system and reinstalled windows 10 on C: and recovered files using wondershare recover it (which didn't do a very good job for $89). 50% of The files recovered are not opening. And quite a lot of files recovered are (especially images) have a gray panel on either side or bottom or top.Is there any
