Windows 11 Windows Crashing when I open games but randomly unable to move mouse or keyboard.

I have an Alienware Aurora R16 Specs:4090i-9 14900F32GB RamWindows 11 OS I just want to clarify windows freezes my pc and im unable to move my mouse or keyboard permanently and I have to manually press the power button to turn it offPretty much whats is happening is my PC whenever I open a game, it could be randomly at any point it's not always happening but when I open a game such as Fortnite or Rust, it crashes the PC where the mouse and keyboard become unresponsive, and my sound doesn't work on the pc, and it comes out of the Monitor I have a headset plugged in so it shouldn't be coming thr
