Windows 10 Windows created a temporary paging file because a problem occured- pop up whenever i restart my computer

I have disabled and enabled page file setting under ( windows 10 )systempropertiesadvanced > Advanced > the Settings button in the Performance Switch to the Advanced tab, then click on the Change button under Virtual memorystill issue persist
