Windows Defender cannot remove or quarantine threat.

Before 3 days i tried to update my Nvidia Drivers and afted succesfull download my Windows Defender found threat:Detected:Trojan:Win32/Ravadon.EStatus: ActiveAffected items:file: C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Downloader\e381ae4d556b0b9a3e10b44212628e73\516.94-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql-g.exeI tried to remove it or quarantine it,but still i got that threat active and also i delete that affected item.
