Windows 11 Windows Defender is not starting, and Windows Security Window is showing Blank.

Recently I've tried to install a game and as part of it I installed so much software to run it, but no success. I removed everything after that. But now I found out that I am not able to open my Windows Security window. I have McAfee AV in my pc. I tried some YouTube videos suggestions, and I removed a Windows Defender services path in the registries. When I look at the .exe in that path, i thought it was a malware. Now i am not able to start the Windows Defender Service as i deleted the service path in the registry. Please help me with this.
