for the past 2 weeks i have been noticing that my cpu is always above 80-90% even if im not using any application at all in task manager first i found that windows defender real time protection was consuming the cpu then i turned it off and it kept renabling itself so i changed its task scheduler to run only when my pc is idle but that still didnt fix and i had to deactivate it as wholesince yesterday, now the problem is being caused by windows defender firewall [localservicenonetworkfirewall] then i looked it up and found that restarting windefend can help but it doesnt work. second i foun
