Windows 10 Windows Defender keeps finding threat in a file I shift deleted, what shall I do ?

I downloaded this exe file by mistake and shift deleted without ever running it.Now Windows Defender keeps finding a threat in this file I already shift deleted although I chose remove multiple times for this threat.It's in potentially unwanted software category, it says PUADIManager:Win32/OfferCoreWhat shall I do ?
