windows defender notifications showing threats found each time I start my pc

Each time i switch my pc on,it is showing some notifications from windows defender saying something like...threats found win32 malware.. with a restart now button,which after clicking not restarting.I tried restarting pc by myself.but again got the same message.i tried full scan.offline scan and also quick scan.each time showing no threats found.any kind of help would be highly appreciated.
