Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1635 Retail OEM VERSION.Why is it that Windows Defender will not initiate an Offline Scan here on the Retail $$$ OEM version of Windows 11 Pro? You go through all the steps to start the scan, however Windows will not restart the computer to do the scan. (Quick and Full Scans work).I have suffered through the same problem in the Insiders Preview Program....So why is it happening on a paid OEM version??? Or is this just one of the many "Core" programs that Microsoft Cannot Fix?
