Windows 11 WIndows Defender saying i cannot access it. I.e Page not available due to IT administrator limiting access on personal computer

Hi,I just reset my personal laptop and I tried going into windows defender. The program does not load and when I try to scan a program it says that the page is not available and I should contact an IT administrator. This is my own laptop and I've logged in with my personal email so I do not get why it is saying this(I did not have this error before & and i did sfc /scannow and updated it but still nothing worked).https://ibb.co/DLH15ww Laptop specshttps://ibb.co/grdkBdR Error
