Windows 11 Windows Defender says "Page not available" after downloading games from ocean of games

I recently downloaded a game from a website known as Ocean of Games. The forum from quora says that its safe so my naive mind downloaded it. and when i downloaded the game, it asked me to install windows defender disabler and other two things that includes the game setup. no problems were encountered but then, i tried to enable windows defender and i was met with this warning.Im using Windows 11 Home Single Language
