Windows defender says "Your IT administrator has limited some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available" when I want to scan file and Virus and Threat protection disappeared. I cannot scan my file now. I have downloaded and installed Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) with the link provided by MS support but the problem remains the same. Do my Windows under the control of someone? what to do? Please help...
