I have tried all the options on the internet for 3 maybe 4 days...I am even getting errors with Power Shell in admin mode saying it doesn't recognize the code and it's getting on my nerves. In services I can't turn on Virus & Thread Protection, it keeps on stopping. In the console it shows my Windows Defender is in SXS Passive Mode and I can't change it back to Normal. I re-installed and unistalled all the other antivirus I had and it didn't solve this issue and it's damn annoying. Any suggestion/help?
