Windows 10 windows defender security warning on pornographic alert

Help? I turned on my hp laptop today and a popup started. I used Ctrl, Alt, Delete and task manager 3 times. When I start computer again, the same thing happens. I need help to remove the "windows defender security warning" for a pornographic alert
