Windows Defender shows "Your IT administrator has restricted access to certain areas of this application"

Hello there,I wanted to scan the game with windows defender and I got the notification that "Your IT administrator has restricted access to certain areas of this application and the item you tried to access is unavailable. Please contact IT Support for more information."I checked the online solves and I want to say first off that :- I do not have another antivirus,- My account is an administration account,- I tried to log in as a "hidden" admin. by command line ("administrator net user / active: yes ..") and still got the same problem,- I have updated all the Windows packages,- I tried /sfc s
