When dictating in Windows Dictation Tool, there is a dotted line that appears under the words that are being processed and adjusted. Normally that dotted line disappears promptly, letting you know it is safe to speak for the next phrase. However I am daily experiencing a glitch where the tool gets stuck and that dotted line never goes away. From then on any words you say will be overwritten by the next phrase you say, so you can no longer dictate more than a very short phrase without restarting the tool.
