Just want to share how I fix this, I tried a lots of methods but none of them work, I even completely reset my win10 so it started like a flash win10 but still no luck.Then I thought I can do a diagnostic using factory software (Storage Executive from Crucial) so at least I can prove the disk is faulty so I can return it (just bought it 9 months ago!).End it up I found that there is a "Momentum Cache" function disabled and after I enabled it, the disk usage is back to normal and working perfectly.Not sure about other brands but you can try something similar like this from your SSD manufacture
